Whether you're battling with emotional eating or feeling stuck in the cycle of strict diets, I understand the struggle.
Ever since my teenage years, I've been on a mission to live a healthy life, full of energy and strength. But I soon realized that my approach was actually keeping me from my goals. I was all about low calories, low fat, and avoiding carbs, which left me feeling deprived and trapped in an unhealthy relationship with food.
In my early 20s, I found myself in a vicious cycle of overeating and undereating, constantly chasing my health goals but never truly feeling balanced. It wasn't until I hit a roadblock with my health that I realized I needed to make a change. My doctor's simple advice to add more nourishing foods to my diet was a wake-up call.
So, I shifted my approach. It wasn't easy, and it didn't happen overnight, but after years of unlearning and relearning, I finally found freedom and achieved my health goals in a sustainable way.
Now, as a proud Emirati entrepreneur, certified holistic nutritionist, intuitive eating coach, and dessert creator, I'm passionate about sharing what I've learned with others.
