Hi!
 I am a proud Emirati entrepreneur, certified holistic nutritionist, intuitive eating coach and dessert creator.
My journey into this field started from my own struggles with food. Like many, I spent years trying different diets, always looking for that one solution that would finally work. But time and again, I found myself back at square one, feeling frustrated and disconnected from my body.
My experience isn't unique, and that realization pushed me to become a coach. I've learned firsthand that true health isn't about following the latest diet trend. It's about understanding and respecting your body, eating mindfully, and finding balance. This approach has not only transformed my relationship with food but has also allowed me to guide over 50 women through their own journeys towards healthier, more joyful eating habits.
In my program, I focus on guiding you to understand your eating patterns, manage emotional eating, create balanced meals, and reach your health goals with effective biohacking.
