Hi! I'm Maitha Alowais and I am a proud Emirati entrepreneur, certified holistic nutritionist, and treat creator.
My personal struggles with food and my motivation to simplify nutrition led me to create the Heal & Nourish program.
Since I was a child, I've always loved baking and nutrition. But over time I developed an unhealthy relationship with food. Because of these struggles, I felt ashamed when I ate certain foods. I would punish myself through food restrictions and excessive exercise. Until finally, I learned how to crave a healthy mind and become a lifelong balanced eater. I studied to become a holistic nutritionist, and ever since then, I've wanted to help others heal & nourish their relationship with food.
I focus on a comprehensive approach to nutrition, working with clients to help them develop strategies to be at peace with food while living their best lives.
