To a time when I struggled with emotional eating. I found myself turning to food for comfort, often in moments of stress or sadness. It was a cycle that left me feeling trapped and disconnected from my body.
But I knew there had to be a better way. I dived deep into understanding the root causes of my emotional eating, experimenting with different strategies, and finally finding what worked for me.
I started to eat all food groups, including carbs which increased my energy levels, elevated my mood and helped me to achieve my health goals.
I moved away from counting calories and focused on the quality of my food which reduced my food obsession thoughts
I learned how to create and pick balanced meals that are satisfying AND nourishing .
I felt free and was finally able to work on my ambitions.
